| Abstract: | Significant progress has so far been made in cultural heritage protection in China,but there are still many disadvantages.The status of cultural heritage protection requires Government’s active participation.This paper also discusses the functions and resposibilites of the government in cultural relics protection planning,legal construction,capital input,education training and museum management. |
