| 摘 要： | 本文以2003年国家统计局农调总队制定的标准,对我省民族地区的农村全面小康实现程度进行了测评,结果显示尚处于起步阶段,与全省、全国的差距主要体现在:提高农民收入难,农村社会保障薄弱,提高农村居民生活质量难,农村城镇化水平低,就业结构转换困难较大,农村全面小康建设基础差。

| Abstract: | According to the criteria set up by State Statistics Burreau,this paper makes an assessment of the level of being well-off in ethnic areas of Hubei province,which shows that the level is still the starting point.The differences are that it is difficult to increase the income of the peasants;the social security system is far from perfect;cultural level is low;it is difficult to transform the employment structure and infrastructural facilities are wanting. |
