湖北城镇体系发育障碍及优化对策

城镇体系是区域城镇等级规模结构和空间分布组合状态的数量和空间体现。城镇体系发育程度直接决定了城镇化进程的速度与质量。湖北城镇体系结构首位分布明显、空间布局不均衡的特征制约了全省城镇化的健康、协调、可持续发展,并且这种分布结构的改善趋势并不明显。通过中心城市、副中心城市、县域不同层次的完善可实现规模体系由目前首位分布向层级体系转变,通过"一圈两带两轴"的架构布局可实现空间结构由单核心组织向多极化网络化转变。

Urban system is the quantity and space realization of the scale structure about regional urban grade and special distribution combination state.The developing degree of the urban system directly decides the speed and quality of urbanization progress.The features as the clear core distribution in urban systematic structure of Hubei and imbalance in special distribution have restricted healthy,coordinate and sustainable development of urbanization of the whole province,because the improvement of this kind of distribution is not apparent.By the arrangement of central town,secondary central town,county region,the scale system can be realized from present core distribution to grade system.And the structure distribution of "one circle,two belts and two axes" will change the special structure from mono-core structure into multi-core network.
