Siddhartha Kadia:bridging the cultural gap
Abstract:Siddhartha Kadia, a native indian, is now the CEO of Life Technologies Greater China Region. Before he came to China, he has been the Chief Marketing Officer and CEO of Japan Region for the same company. "Professional managers should be highly adaptable", which Siddhartha Kadia fully understand. Since he joined Life Technologies, his role has shifted to leading a large institution and enterprise, including changing between different posts. Bridging the cultural gap has become the first barrier he has to overcome since being parachuted as top managers.
