| 摘 要： | 不同的企业中组织创新与技术创新之间普遍存在着逻辑关系。本文通过阐明网络经济的到来使企业经营方式呈现出的新特征,探讨了网络经济中企业组织创新的趋势,并进一步论述了网络经济下组织创新对企业技术创新产生的影响。

| Abstract: | There is a general logic relation between organization innovation and technology innovation in different corporations. This paper discusses the new trend of organization innovation in corporations in the network economy by expounding the new character of the management manner that is caused by the arrival of the network economy. And the influence that organization innovation has on the technology innovation in corporations in the network economy is discussed further. |
