| Abstract: | This article designs a model of profit for manufacture enterprise and TPL's company, explains the variables in the model, analyzes the reason that manufacture enterprise do not want to adopt TPL. Then it puts forward the measures that can bring TPL's into full play in view of the above reasons. |
