定量分析法在饭店员工培训评估中的应用

摘    要:在饭店员工培训工作中,对员工进行科学合理的评估是非常必要的,因为它直接关系到今后培训工作的改进,关系到饭店企业的经营,关系到每位饭店员工的切身利益,单凭领导的主观判断或打分等方法,很难做到公平、公正。从饭店对员工的基本要求出发,运用定量分析法并构建数学模型,对饭店员工进行评估。同时对该方法进行了实证案例说明,并对该方法的优缺点进行了说明。

Abstract:A scientific evaluation is essential in training hotel staff because it is directly related to improvements in future training,to the management of the hotel and to the benefits of each hotel worker and it will be difficult to make objective and fair assessment just by depending on the leaders' subjective judgment or grading.Starting from a hotel's basic requirements of workers,this paper explains with examples how to apply fuzzy mathematics and build a comprehensive fuzzy evaluating model in assessing hotel workers.It ends with an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages to this assessing method.
