| Abstract: | The establishment of a discipline which is concerned with various departments and fields is regarded as one project of system engineering. It requires an overall planning but is realized from each locality, therefore it is required that starting from the system as a whole, various effective measures be taken and the main contraction be grasped so as to optimize of the system as a whole. |
