摘    要:本研究以广州地区952位企业员工有效样本调查资料为基础,以实证研究方法探讨了企业和谐劳动关系的影响因素,实证结果表明,劳动合同制度的健全与执行、职工权益维护、企业内工会组织三个因素都对企业劳动关系运行中的和谐性有着显著正向影响。据此,研究者提出了政府干预、保护、支持职工维护权益、通过完善劳动合同制度来规范企业用工、加强企业内劳动者组织建设等改善劳动关系和谐性的具体建议。

Abstract:Based on the investigation of 952 valid samples in Guangzhou enterprises,the present research makes an analysis of the factors that influence Guangzhou enterprise harmonious labor relations.According to the results,three factors exert positive influence on the harmony of labor relations,they are the lay-down and implementation of labor contract,the guarantee of employee's interests and the union of labor.Based on this,the author puts forth some suggestions in regard to these three factors.
