| 摘 要： | 武术作为中国各级学校体育教学必修内容之一,其重要程度不容忽视。分析了高校体育教育专业武术普修课的教学效果,并提出了高校武术普修课教学改革的设想：进一步优化教学内容,促进学生身心健康发展;灵活拓展教学方法,重视学生师范素质的培养;提高教师素质,增强武术教学的人格魅力;完善成绩评定体系,提高学生的实际运用能力。

| Abstract: | Wushu is a Chinese traditional sport which contains broad social values and cultural characteristics and it is also a compulsory subject of physical education in colleges and universities.In this paper,the author analyzes the teaching effectiveness of Wushu Optional Course of PE and proposes its assumptions of reforms in independent colleges：renewing the teaching contents and promoting physical and psychological development of students;exploring teaching methods and improving the cultivation of students in their teachers’qualities;improving the overall quality of wushu teachers and adding a new dimension to their personalities;advancing the performance assessment system and improving the practical application of the students ability . |
