| 摘 要： | 高新区是我国实现创新型国家重大战略的主要载体,是高新技术产业赖以生存、发展的重要平台。现阶段提升自主创新能力是国家赋予高新区的历史使命,是高新区进一步提升竞争力的关键。我们必须以承担历史使命、实现国家战略为己任,在增强自主创新能力、转变增长方式、提升产业竞争力等方面走在全国的前列。

| Abstract: | High-tech zone is the main carrier of implementing the strategies of constructing an innovative country, serving as an important platform for the survival and development of high-teeh industries. It is the historic mission given by the country that the high-teeh zones should improve their independent innovating capability at present, which is the key for high-teeh zones to do pioneering work once again to enhance the competitiveness gradually. Therefore, it should be taken as responsibilities to undertake the historic mission and implement na- tional strategies. In addition, the high-tech zones are supposed to be at the forefront in improving their independent innovation capabilities and changing the growth mode and reinforcing the industrial competitiveness as well. |
