| 摘 要： | 我国经济法理论研究自生自发,群体互动,历经数载的艰辛探索,在老中青三代学者的共同推动下,现在已经是成绩斐然,举世瞩目,特别是一批勇于开拓、敢于创新的中青年学者作出了重大的贡献。文章从研究方法、分析路径、审视视域三方面入手,对我国中青年学者在经济法理论研究方面的突出成就进行了梳理与评介。笔者期望通过此种对已有研究成果的系统综合研究,能对经济法理论研究的潜深拓新有所助益。

| Abstract: | With years of development, theoretical research of economic law has reaped great harvest under the cooperation and promotion of senior, middle-aged and young scholars. Some innovative young and middle-aged scholars have made significant contributions. This article aims at introducing and promoting their outstanding achievements in three areas, namely the research method, analytical perspective and range of economic law. The author expects that this kind of retrospect can be of some benefit to the theoretical research of economic law. |
