| 摘 要： | 目前,我国民事再审制度存在许多问题,而民事再审启动机制的不完善是引起这些问题的一个重要因素。我国民事再审的启动包括法院、检察院、当事人三个主体,论文具体分析了这三者在启动民事再审机制的缺陷,并针对这些问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | At present,there are a lot of problems in civil retrial system of our country,the most important factor being the startup mechanism of civil retrials.There're three legal subjects in civil retrial startup mechanism: court,procurator ate,interested party.This article will analyze the defects of the three subjects in startup mechanism and advance the suggestion of perfection to this problem. |
