| Abstract: | China's Copyright Law has provisions to regulate the use of the right of authorship,and provide broad protection to the authorship right.But the autorship right infringement also accurs sometimes,and takes on various quomodo.analyse the behavior and characteristics of authorship right infringement detailedly,and take effective measures,to reduce the occurrence of authorship infringement. |
