A Legal Pespective on Henry VⅢs Religious Reform

In the 16th century, the religious reform of Henrry Ⅷ was a social movement of casesaropapism,which was around royalty. The religious reform was caused the divorce of Henrry Ⅷ. The reform with a series of the legal documents was enacted, which step by step deprived the political power of the Roman Catholic Church in the England and acknowedged the legitimacy of the absolute monarchy. So Eng-land became a modern state. The article analysed the documents of law for the deconstruction of the reli- gious reform of Henrry Ⅷ ,which is to afford a new way of thinking in researching the religious reform of England.
