| 摘 要： | 知识产权是一个国家或地区经济发展的核心战略资源。知识产权战略是我国正在实施的重大战略。文中以湛江为例，重点探讨和阐述加快实施知识产权战略应采取的对策：一是充分认识实施知识产权战略的重要性；二是发挥企业的主体作用与政府推动相结合；三是加强知识产权人才队伍建设和完善激励机制；四是强化知识产权创造和运用能力；五是提高知识产权的管理和服务水平；六是建立和完善多层次的知识产权保护体系。
