摘    要:对学术研究实施量化管理是造成“量化模式崇拜”的直接诱因。改革和完善高校学术体制建设,一是高校教师应加强自律意识,自觉维护学术道德;二是建立定性与定量相结合的学术评价标准;三是建立健全符合各学科发展特点和规律的学术评价体系;四是重视学生在学术体制建设中的广泛参与作用。

Abstract:The direct cause that results in "adoration of quantizing mode" is the quantizing management on academic achievement.To reform and consummate the construction of academic system in colleges and universities,the following measures should be taken: strengthening self-discipline consciousness,maintaining academic morality,establishing academic evaluatation criteria by combining quantive and qualitive analysis,establishing academic evaluatation system that suitable for everysubject's development,paying more attention to the participation of students in the construction of academic system.
