| 摘 要： | 论题从区域差距、城乡差距、群体差距3个方面分析我国高等教育入学机会不公平的表现及原因,并从加大公共财政投入力度、规范高等教育转移支付制度、拓展教育投资渠道和完善助学贷款制度4个方面提出了相应的对策措施.

| Abstract: | The article analysed the situation and reasons of the unequity of higher education access opportunity in our country from three aspects of region,urban-rural,and population disparities,and put forward four corresponding countermeasures which include increasing public financial investment,regulating higher education transfer payment system,developing education investment channel and improving student loan system. |
