| 摘 要： | 马克·吐温小说的人物关系主要是“主仆二元”模式。二元结构模式有对话及评价功能、性格比较功能；二元模式的变体是角色互换并有深层表现功能；对其行动目标的分析可以发现马克．吐温小说人物行动的真实价值。

| Abstract: | The character relationships in Mark Twain＇s novels are mainly the ＂binary mode of master and servant＂. Binary structure mode has two functions： the first is dialogue and evaluation, the second is comparison of personalities. The variation of binary mode is the exchange of roles, which has the function of profound performance. If the aims of actions are to be analyzed, the real value of character＇s action in Mark Twain＇s novels can be discovered. |
