| 摘 要： | 青少年社区矫正是通过社区组织对青少年罪犯进行社会化教育,矫正其犯罪心理和行为,使其适应并顺利回归社会的过程。社区矫正的过程、社区矫正的效果取得都受到诸多因素的制约,主要包括青少年自我因素、家庭因素、同辈群体因素和社区矫正工作人员因素的制约。

| Abstract: | The adolescents＇ rehabilitation in the community is a process of correcting the criminal mind and behaviors of juvenile criminals in the community through socialization education in order to make them adapt to the society for their successful return.The process and effect of rehabilitation in the community is restricted by many factors,such as adolescents themselves,families,peer groups and the community rehabilitation staff. |
