| 摘 要： | 20世纪二三十年代,女子警察的设立已成为世界潮流。中国于30年代首次设立了女子警察,并对女警在教育、资格、任务、着装等方面都进行了规范。女子警察的设立一方面完善了警界体制,为警界注入了新的血液,强化了警务活动;另一方面给女子提供了更多的就业机会,缓减了社会压力,促进了社会的稳定。同时,女子警察的设立,也为抗战的胜利做出了贡献。

| Abstract: | In 1920s and 1930s,the establishment of policewoman was the world trend.In 1930s China first set up policewoman and normalized the policewomen with respect to education,qualification,duty,dressing.The establishment on the one hand completed police system,gave the new blood to the police field and strengthened police actions;on the other hand gave still more employed chances to female members,decreased social pressure and promoted social stable.Meanwhile,it made contributions to the victory of Anti-Japanese War. |
