| 摘 要： | 检察机关作为法律监督职能机构,在社区矫正工作中充分行使其监督权,对完善和发展社区矫正制度,维护矫正对象合法权益,具有重要的现实意义。社区矫正工作在我国起步较晚,缺乏配套的法律法规,严重影响了检查机关法律监督的效果。完善检察机关参与社区矫正的相关法律法规,强化检察机关的监督职能,是目前我国社区矫正工作亟待解决的问题。
