个人—组织契合度在人口特征变量上的差异及应用研究

摘    要:通过实证分析个人—组织契合度在人口特征变量上的差异。探寻人口特征变量与个人—组织契合度的关系。实证分析结果显示,个人—组织契合度在性别、年龄、人职时间、文化程度和职位5个人口特征变量上存在不同程度的显著差异性,而个人—组织契合度在婚姻状况和跳槽次数两个人口特征变量上的差异性不显著。进而根据实证分析结论,结合我国企业当前管理现状,提出了企业在人力资源管理实践中提高员工个人—组织契合度的途径。

Abstract:By means of empirical research,the paper aims to explore the relation between demographic characteristic variable and individual-organization agreement degree. There are 1090 questionnaires among which 872 are available. Based on empirical analysis, it is found out that the agreement degree of individual and organization sharply differs in gender, age, the length of service, academic background and post, but has little difference in marital status and the times of job-hopping.
