| Abstract: | This paper explores the definition and features of national strategic high technology,summarizing the strategic high technology and its industry becoming the focus of international competition.Further,judging from the successful experience of developed countries,five rules are summed up as follows: governments attaching great importance,making technological prediction,increasing investment in science and technology,creating an ideal environment,and carrying out the cooperation of enterprises and institutes and governments. |
