| Abstract: | The increasing intense freshwater shortage,the over-exploitation of groundwater and the serious pollution of water resources are becoming a great threat to the development of world economy and the existence of human beings.To cope with the threat,the control of water environment and the development of new freshwater resources quickly flourished and hence the water industry is growing to be "the best field to invest in the 21st century". |
