| 摘 要： | 从教学计划管理、教学运行管理、教学质量管理与评价,以及教学辅助管理等四个方面内容,论述了院系教学管理体系。通过教学管理工作的实践,对加强院系教学管理的必要性和作用进行了理性的思考,提出了加强高校院系教学管理的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the school and department's teaching management system.It mainly focuses on the teaching planning management,teaching operational management,teaching quality management and appraising,and teaching assistant management.Practically,it not only makes the rational considerations about the necessity of strengthening the teaching management,but also offers the consideration and countermeasures of strengthening the school and department's teaching management in institutions of higher learning. |
