| 摘 要： | 北平和谈是国共双方在大陆上的最后一次谈判。此时,“主和派”张治中成为炙手可热、众望所归的人物。他勉为其难担任南京代表团首席代表,恪尽职守,知其不为而为之,对国民党蒋介石竭智尽忠。但强弱异势、主客换位,他已无回天之力。极端矛盾彷徨的张治中,在中共帮助和事实的教育下,经过痛苦的思索,做出了正确的抉择。

| Abstract: | Peking Peace talks was the last one between the KMT and the CCP until the New China was founded. As the ideal Choice of Persons, Zhang Zhi-zhong had been the representative of the KMT and took part in the talks. But he couldn't retrieve the KMT from an inferior position in the talks. With the persuasion and education of the CCP, he finally joined the alignment of revolutionary force. |
