我国宏观收入分配结构变化对宏观经济均衡的影响分析

通过我国历年收入法GDP和资金流量表分析了宏观收入分配结构中劳动者报酬不断下降的变化趋势,分析了该趋势对消费和投资关系、流动性过剩的影响;提出:矫正过分的企业偏向制度政策体系,构建企业与政府及居民相互间公平合理的经济关系、适度提高劳动者工资性收入和加强单位社会保险付款政策力度、完善收入再分配政策、扩大政府消费促进居民消费等政策建议,调整宏观收入分配结构,优化投资消费关系,促进国民经济协调发展。

Analysis on Impact of Macroscopic Income Distribution Structure Changes on Macroeconomic Equilibrium

Through the research on GDP by Income Approach and Flow of Funds Table of the previous years,this article analyses the tendency of unceasing drop of laborer's remuneration in macroscopic income distribution structure and its impact on relations of consumption and investment,and excess liquidity.The article puts forward policy proposals as follows:adjusting policy and system which is in excessive favor of enterprises;constructing a kind of just economic relation among enterprises,government and residents;moderately increasing the labors'income from wages and strengthening the payment ability of units on social insurance;improving income redistribution policies;and promoting government consumption and household consumption,so as to adjust macroscopic income distribution structure,optimize relations of investment and consumption,and promote the coordinated development of national economy.
