| 摘 要： | 农业经济运行效率的高低取决于农业微观经济系统的建设，而农业微观经济系统建设的中心是政府应保障农民作为市场主体的合法产权。本文认为，在建立社会主义市场经济体制的大方向下发展农村市场经济，政府应把保护农民作为市场经济主体的合法地位和权益放在重要位置
