| 摘 要： | 人类文明史中自然历史变化、社会历史变化和人的历史变化的演进及其相互关系构成了反映人类不同生存状态的社会历史场景；这种社会历史状态的“和谐”取向是人类不断自觉的民族的历史选择；统一的多民族社会的发展，是理论与实践相结合的不断创新和发展的过程，而科学发展则体现了这个过程的必然要求和本质特征。

| Abstract: | Evolvement of natural history, social history and human being＇s history during civilization and their mutual relations consist of social history scenes that reflect people＇s different living situations; the harmony trend under these social historical situations is the historical choice of people＇ s consistent self - awareness. The development of united society with various ethnic groups is a process of the consistent renovation and development of the combination of theory and practice, and scientific development indicates the necessary requirements and essential characteristics during the process. |
