| 摘 要： | 政府规制是指在市场经济条件下,政府为矫正市场机制的内在问题而干预经济主体活动的行为,有效的政府规制对自然垄断行业电信业的健康发展至关重要。分析政府对电信业进行规制的原因,探讨其中存在的问题,并提出改进和完善的一些措施,具有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The government regulations refers to the behavior of intervening the economic subjects' activities by the government to rectify inherent problems existing in market mechanism under the marketoriented economy.Effective government regulations are significant to healthy development of the nature monopoly profession of telecommunications industry.It is of realistic significance to analyze the reasons why the government carries out regulations to telecommunication and to probe into the problems existing in the telecommunication industry. |
