| 摘 要： | 衡量工业化的一个重要指标是非农就业人数在全部就业人数中占绝对优势.目前,我国农业剩余劳动力规模已达17,876万人,农业剩余劳动力的积存严重阻碍了我国的工业化进程.本文在分析我国农业剩余劳动力形成原因的基础上,提出了在新的历史条件下,如何有效促进我国农业劳动力转移的建议.

| Abstract: | The portion of non -farming employm ent in the total employment is one of t he most important indexes indicatin g the level of urbanization.At present,t he number of China' s rural surplus laborers is up to 178,76million,which has affected the course of urbanization of the country.Based on the analysis of the historic,economic,political and some other causes of the formation of rural surplus labor force,the paper intends to offer some suggestions fo r transfer-ring it from rural countries to urban areas. |
