| Abstract: | The feudal provincial system is the original creation of Han Wudi on the basis of the successful experiences of the systems for supervision and control of the officials in Qin and Han Dynasties. The system is the product or outcome of centralization of state power of the autocratic monarchism. The formation, development and evolution of the feudal provincial system in Han Dynasties have their specific historical background. They are closely related with the politics of Han Dynasties. The predominance of the local governing or the localization of the feudal provincial system is a very crucial factor in the disruption of the power of the Eastern Han. |
