| 摘 要： | 教育公正是社会公正的重要组成部分,是社会公正原则在教育活动中的具体运用。教育公正是教育改革和发展的伦理底线,是衡量一个国家教育发展水平的重要标尺,是公共教育政策制定的首要价值选择。为此,教育政策制定者们必须增强民主参与程度,建立、健全有效的教育政策合法化程序与机制。

| Abstract: | Educational equity,an important part of social equity,is the specific application of social equity in education.As the ethic bottom-line of the reform and development,education equity is a standard for measuring a country's educational development level,as well as the primary value choice for public educational policy-making.Therefore,the educational policy-makers should deepen democratic participation levels, and build and perfect a healthy procedure and mechanism for the legalization of educational policies. |
