| 摘 要： | 黑社会性质组织犯罪具有极端严重的社会危害性,侵犯公民的合法利益,危害社会的稳定,破坏良好有序的市场经济秩序,阻碍经济、社会、文化的持续健康发展和民主法治国家的建设进程,是各国政府打击的共同目标。该文从黑社会性质组织犯罪的发展历程出发,分析了黑社会性质组织的特点,探寻其成因,试图找到防控的办法。

| Abstract: | Organized crimes do extremely serious harm to the society,which includes infringing the legal interests of the citizens,endangering social stability,destructing the good and orderly market economic order,hindering the economic,social and cultural development in a sustained and healthy way,impeding the building process of a country under the rule of law and democracy.This kind of crime is the common target to be cracked down by all governments in the world.Starting from the course of development of the organized crime,this paper analyzes its characteristics,exploring its causes and trying to find the approaches to prevent and control the problem. |
