| 摘 要： | 环保习惯法是藏族习惯法的重要内容之一,它通常表现为各种生活禁忌、礼俗,集中体现在对草原、农田、水源,以及动植物的保护方面。藏族的生态观念及环保意识的形成,环保规范的内容深受宗教文化的影响,无不散发着浓郁的佛教色彩。

On the Habit Laws of Environmental Protection in the Tibetan Area |

| Abstract: | The habit laws of environmental protection are one of major contents in the habit law of the Zangs, it generally shows various taboosand etiquette and customs of life, which focuses on reflecting the protection of grassland, farmland, headwaters and animal and plant. Religiouscultures especially Buddhism have certain influence on formation of ecological concepts and consciousness of environmental protection and thecontents of environmental regulation of the Zangs. |
