| 摘 要： | 根据河北省科技型中小企业创新的实际情况,采用2005-2008年各地区科技型中小企业平均专利授权数和平均发明专利数为样本,运用聚类分析方法,分析了省内14个地区科技型中小企业的创新能力,得出各地区科技型中小企业技术创新能力上存在差异,可以分为创新能力较强、创新能力一般和创新能力较弱等三类;并且认为这种差异的产生是由于多种原因造成的。

Innovation Capability of Small and Medium-Sized High-tech Enterprises in Hebei Province： a Cluster Analysis |

| Abstract: | Based on the average of patent authorizations and invention patents （2005-2008）, this paper has conducted a cluster analysis to examine the innovation ability of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in 14 different areas, Hebei Province. This paper argues that there are differences in innovation ability the differences among the innovation ability： stronger, ordinary and weaker. The paper also analyzes the reasons that lead to those differences. |
