| 摘 要： | 司马迁在<史记·货殖列传>等篇目中所表述的经济管理思想,具有一定的历史价值和特殊的现代意义.他以"法自然"为哲学基础、"善因论"为基本理论的一系列经济管理思想和方法,以及"因之"、"通变"的原则,对当代经济改革和经济建设具有借鉴意义.
