| 摘 要： | 为解决大学生就业难存在的问题,通过对大学生面临就业难和企业选择人才难一对矛盾的剖析,从学历与技能、理论与实践、就业思想和专业对口等几个方面得出大学生就业难主要原因是自身综合素质难以适应当前人前市场的需求变化,提出解决大学生就业难问题必须从技能、社会实践、就业价值取向等方面全面提高其综合素质,从而实现毕业与就业的无缝对接。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems existing in the process of college students＇ employment,a pair of paradox concerning the difficulties students have in applying for jobs and entrepreneurs in selecting qualified people is analyzed from such aspects as academic degree and skill,theory and practice,careerconception and fitness in specialty and so forth.The conclusion of this analysis attributes the major reason why there are obstacles in graduates＇ way to asuccessful hire to the incompetence of their qualification which makes them hard to adapt to the demand changes in current personnel market.Therefore,a proposal based on comprehensive enhancement of skills,social practices and value orientation of career is put forward so as to achieve a coherentjoint between graduation and employment. |
