| 摘 要： | 生产管理变革是国有船舶企业摆脱落后的管理思想和管理手段,是加强竞争力、取得竞争优势的最佳途径。该文通过秦港船舶公司成功应用JIT进行生产管理变革的介绍,总结出产生于产品生产领域的JIT思想在船舶服务行业应用的经验和方法。

| Abstract: | Production management reform is the best approach for the state-owned shipbuilding enterprises to get rid of backward management ideas,methods and strengthen their competitiveness,and achieve competitive advantages.Through The article Qingang Shipping Firm's successful application of JIT in carrying out production management reform,the article concludes the experiences and methods of the application of JIT thoughts generated from production field in ship service industry,which is of directive significance for improving the economic benefit in this industry. |
