| 摘 要： | 前马克思时代资产阶级学者的政府成本思想因其代表的阶级利益而必然要显现出它们的历史局限性。马克思在当时工人运动实践发展的基础上通过“社会解放”学说实现了对政府成本问题分析的阶级超越。

| Abstract: | Bourgeois scholars＂ thought of government cost in the pre -Marx time is bound to reveal historical limitations because of class interests it represents. Marx applied his theory of ＂social emancipation＂ to achieve class surpassing on the analysis concerning government cost on the basis of development of the workers movement at that time. We should grasp the class transcendence of Marx＇s analysis in the light of actual conditions of socialism movement. |
