| 摘 要： | 温室效应是目前全球性的环境问题。二氧化碳是导致全球气候变暖最重要的温室气体,碳减排是缓解温室效应的一项重要措施,因而成为全球变化研究中的热点。文章运用产权理论对CO2排污权交易进行分析和考察,并提出了相关发展对策。

| Abstract: | Nowadays greenhouse effect is the global environmental issue. Carbon dioxide is an important greenhouse gas causing climate change. Carbon dioxide reduction is an important measure to mitigate greenhouse effect and so becomes a hotspot on global climate change research. This paper use the theory of property rights to analysis carbon trading, several development strategies were proposed. |
