| Abstract: | The division of material civilization and spiritual civilization conforms to the nature of man.The material civilization is characteristic of precedence and basis.We cannot equal the relation between two types of civilization with that between material and spirit,since the spiritual civilization is not completely determined by the material civilization.Civilizations don't develop at the same pace.There is imbalance between them. |
