| 摘 要： | 高校科技中介机构的发展,已成为推动高校科技成果转化及技术转移的一条有效途径。本文在分析借鉴国外成功经验的基础上,阐述了我国高校科技中介机构的主要存在形式和功能,提出了推动高校科技中介进一步发展的措施。
