摘    要:在现代教育视阈下,人的社会化与个性发展是其成长过程中相互依存,相互影响,相辅相成的两个方面,二者无论对社会的和谐还是对个人的发展都具有极其重要的意义。人的社会化与个性发展既有审视角度、考量标志、影响条件等方面的不同特点,又有过程的同一性、目的的一致性、内容的相关性与条件的依存性等方面相互联系的特征。在人的社会化与个性发展的过程中,既要防止把二者对立起来的倾向或有失偏颇的误区,又要加以正确的引导与教育,尤其是要注意提高思想的认识水平,树立现代的教育理念,坚持科学的教育原则。
