| Abstract: | "Problems in agriculture, rural areas and peasants" relate to the overall situation of modernization and our country's reform and open policy. And the peasant rights maintenance is the key of "Problems in agriculture, rural areas and peasants", so we must take efficient measure to maintain and realize the peasant's rights and interests. Peasant rights maintenance must depend on the idea transformation, the development of economy, the system arrangement, the fairness of policy design, and the legalization of peasant rights protection. |
