对生态省建设有关问题的思考

“生态省”是生态环境与社会经济实现了协调发展、各个领域达到了当代可持续发展目标要求的省份,是一个有明确边界的自然、经济和社会的复合系统,其子系统可以分为环境经济发展系统、生态资源支持系统和社会文化保障系统。在生态省建设过程中需要始终不移地把经济建设放在第一位,要有系统的战略发展思想,要大力发展生态产业和生态经济,要对环境与发展进行整合性思考,着力营造最适合人居的环境。

Reflection on the connotation ,features,systematic structure and the relevant theoretical problems in the process of the construction of ecological province

The ecological province is not only one in which ecological environment and social economics go together with each other and each field achieves the requirement of the sustainable development in modern society,but also a complex system of nature,economics and so ciety with definite boundary.In this system the following branch systems are included: development system of environment and economics,sustaining system of ecological resources and ensuring system of social culture.In the process of the construction of ecological province,we should put economics construction first constantly,use systematic and strategic development thought,develop ecological industry and economics hard ly.What's more,thinking integratedly on environment and development and making effort to create an environment which is the most suitable for human beings to live in are also badly needed.
