| 摘 要： | 伦理规制包括观念惩罚和利益调节。利益调节是现代社会后果伦理的规制方式，面对资源可持续使用，利益调节表现出极大的困境。相反，传统社会信念伦理的观念惩罚在规制资源可持续使用方面起到了较好的作用。但是，随着宗教信念的衰落，观念惩罚失去了其原有的规制作用。为了实现资源可持续使用，必须寻找新的伦理规制。本文提出观念规制和利益调节相结合的伦理规制路径，通过对现有理论资源的分析，证明该路径是可行的。
