构建我国应对反倾销预警机制的思考

在“中国制造”的产品享誉全球以及我国在世界贸易的份额和地位急剧攀升的同时,我国与贸易伙伴国的贸易摩擦也是与日俱增,阻碍了我国对外贸易的持续、高质量的发展。因此,应选取预警指标和警戒线来构建一套反应灵敏、科学实用的反倾销预警机制,以便从源头上避免或减少国外对我国产品的反倾销起诉。
