云南边疆女大学生就业问题的多维分析与对策探讨

保障女性高等人才的充分就业,是发挥女性人力资源、构建和谐社会的一个重要内容。云南作为西部边疆省份,经济较为落后,人才缺乏,为此,积极关注女大学生的就业问题,为女大学生的就业创造条件是政府和高校义不容辞的责任。对云南高校实际的调查研究表明,云南省女大学生的就业相对于男生而言,就业质量较差,主要存在就业空间小、机会少、难度大等问题,其根源主要来自社会、学校、学生自身。为此,研究认为,只有在探索云南地方特色的基础上,加强政府的职能、创新女性就业渠道、促进高校的改革、提高女大学生的素质等方面工作,才能切实保证云南女性高等人才的充分就业,发挥女性人才在云南地方经济、文化建设中的作用。

A Multi-Dimensional Analysis of Employment for Women Graduates in Yunnan and Suggestions for the Effective Measures

Guarantee of the full employment of the well-educated women graduates from universities is an integral part of the construction of a harmonious society during which women must be encouraged to give full play of their roles.Yunnan,is a province in China's southwest frontier,lagging behind in economic development and being in dire need of qualified personnel.It is thus imperative for the government and institutions of higher learning to attach great importance to the employment of women graduates.Findings from investigations of the practical situations of institutions of higher learning in Yunnan show that women graduates usually have a poorer employment than their male counterparts.Women have fewer opportunities but more difficulties in employment than the male graduates because of the problems in the society,the universities and the women students themselves.This paper suggests that to guarantee the full employment of the well-educated women graduates,government should play the leading role,employment should be innovated,universities should be reformed,and quality of women graduates should be further improved,together with reference to the practical situations of Yunnan.These measures aim to encourage the well-educated women to give full play of their roles in the construction of the local economy and culture.
